Saudi Arabia has concluded all immigration and customs arrangements ahead of the arrival of 2026 Hajj pilgrims, with authorities confirming full operational readiness across major airports in the Kingdom.

According to official Saudi media, the comprehensive preparations are designed to facilitate the smooth reception of pilgrims expected to begin arriving today from Pakistan, Indonesia and other participating countries.

Officials disclosed that immigration counters have been fully activated across air, land and sea entry points, supported by coordinated logistics frameworks to ensure a seamless, orderly and efficient processing system.

To enhance operational efficiency, authorities have deployed advanced digital technologies at all entry channels, a move expected to significantly reduce waiting times and improve the overall arrival experience for pilgrims.

In addition, specially trained personnel have been stationed round-the-clock to provide guidance and support services, ensuring that pilgrims navigate entry procedures with ease.

Saudi authorities emphasized that the success of the 2026 Hajj operations will be anchored on strong inter-agency collaboration, with all relevant institutions aligned to deliver a hitch-free and well-coordinated pilgrimage exercise.
