Saudi Launches Digital Integrations Portal to Streamline Hajj, Umrah Services

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched a new Integrations Portal, a unified digital platform designed to simplify and accelerate technical integration with government agencies and private sector partners involved in Hajj and Umrah services.
The ministry officially unveiled the platform on July 29, 2026, in Makkah, describing it as a major step toward strengthening digital collaboration and improving data exchange across the Kingdom’s pilgrimage ecosystem.
According to the ministry, the portal provides a single platform where partner organizations, both within and outside Saudi Arabia, can connect their digital systems with the ministry’s services.
It consolidates all technical and administrative integration processes that were previously handled through separate channels.
Through the portal, partners can browse available application programming interfaces (APIs), submit integration requests, monitor their progress, and manage access to shared data from a centralized dashboard.
The system also enables users to track requests, resolve technical issues, and oversee the entire integration process in one place.

The platform incorporates key requirements such as cybersecurity assessments, risk evaluations, data-sharing agreements, and the technical procedures required to establish secure system connectivity and exchange information.
The ministry said centralizing these processes will significantly reduce the time and administrative effort required for organizations to complete integration procedures.
It added that the platform will eliminate repetitive paperwork, improve transparency, and enable faster deployment of joint digital services.
Officials linked the initiative to Saudi Arabia’s broader digital transformation agenda under Vision 2030, particularly the Pilgrim Experience Program, which seeks to enhance services for millions of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims through advanced technology and integrated digital infrastructure.
The ministry noted that the new portal will strengthen cooperation between stakeholders, improve the reliability of data exchange, and support the delivery of more efficient, secure, and seamless digital services across the Hajj and Umrah sector as Saudi Arabia continues modernizing pilgrimage operations through innovation.
