Max Air Denies Grounding Reports, Says Operations Running Normally

Max Air has dismissed reports alleging that it was grounded by ground handling companies over outstanding debts, describing the claims as inaccurate and misleading.
In a statement issued by its management, the airline categorically denied being grounded at any point, insisting that its operations have continued without interruption.
The airline clarified that any outstanding financial obligations to service providers had already been resolved, adding that all relevant payments had been made.
“Max Air has not been grounded at any time, and our operations have continued uninterrupted,” the statement said.
The airline further emphasized that it maintains a longstanding and professional relationship with its operational partners and service providers, noting that it remains committed to fulfilling all contractual obligations in accordance with agreed terms.
The clarification follows reports on some media platforms suggesting that the airline’s operations had been affected by disputes linked to unpaid debts owed to ground handling companies.
Addressing concerns from passengers and stakeholders, Max Air reassured the public that both its Hajj and domestic flight operations are proceeding as scheduled.
According to the airline, its aircraft are operating normally across its routes, with no disruptions to services.
The management stated that it remains focused on delivering safe, reliable, and efficient air transport services while sustaining the confidence of customers and business partners.
