Kebbi Pilgrims’ Agency Releases Nine-Flight Schedule for 3,852 Intending Pilgrims

The Kebbi State Pilgrims’ Welfare Agency has confirmed a nine-flight operational schedule for the airlift of 3,852 intending pilgrims ahead of the 2026 Hajj exercise, in a move aimed at ensuring seamless coordination and strict logistical discipline.
According to the official arrangement signed by the Director of Operations, Zayyanu Ahmed, the pilgrims have been systematically grouped into structured batches in line with the approved flight plan.
The grouping framework is designed to optimize boarding efficiency and ensure smooth processing across all scheduled departures.
The schedule is part of final preparations for the inaugural flight slated for 3 May, which will formally mark the commencement of the state’s 2026 Hajj airlift operations.
In a related development, state officials are expected to depart for Saudi Arabia on 27 April to conclude advance preparations. The mission will focus on strengthening on-ground logistics, coordinating accommodation and transport arrangements, and ensuring that all operational requirements are fully in place ahead of the arrival of pilgrims.
The agency warned that all intending pilgrims are required to adhere strictly to their assigned groups and timelines, emphasizing that punctuality will be enforced without exception. It further stated that there will be no alteration of flight schedules or group allocations once finalized.
Officials described the arrangement as a critical compliance framework designed to eliminate operational delays and enhance overall orderliness in the conduct of the 2026 Hajj exercise.
The agency reaffirmed its commitment to delivering a disciplined and efficient airlift process, urging pilgrims to make necessary preparations in advance to avoid disruptions.
