Hajj 2026: Rawaf Mina Thanks Nigerian Pilgrims, Promises Better Services

Rawaf Mina has expressed gratitude to pilgrims who performed Hajj 2026 under its care, while reaffirming its commitment to improving services for future pilgrimage seasons.
In a statement issued at the conclusion of Hajj 1447H, the service provider thanked Allah for the opportunity to serve pilgrims during one of the most significant religious gatherings in the world.
The organization also extended appreciation to all Hujaaj who travelled with Rawaf Mina, describing it as a privilege to accompany them throughout the sacred journey.
Rawaf Mina played a key role in providing services to Nigerian pilgrims under Saudi Arabia’s Nusuk Hajj framework during the 2026 pilgrimage season.
The company also served the majority of Nigerian pilgrims who travelled through licensed private tour operators during the 2026 Hajj season.
Under the Nusuk Hajj framework, Rawaf Mina coordinated accommodation, transportation and other essential services for thousands of pilgrims, making it one of the principal service providers for Nigerian pilgrims in the Kingdom.
The company noted that the 2026 Hajj season marked an important stage in the continued development of the Nusuk Hajj system.
It stated that the overwhelming majority of pilgrims successfully completed their religious rites and returned home safely.
The organization, however, acknowledged that some pilgrims encountered challenges during parts of the pilgrimage.
It commended pilgrims for their patience, understanding and cooperation while those issues were being addressed.
According to the statement, feedback and experiences shared by pilgrims will play a critical role in shaping future improvements to services, facilities and operational arrangements.
The organization stressed that it remains focused on continuous improvement and enhancing the overall Hajj experience for future guests of Allah.
Rawaf Mina said it was encouraged by the many positive experiences reported by pilgrims and expressed gratitude for the trust placed in the organization throughout the pilgrimage season.
It added that lessons learned during Hajj 2026 would help strengthen support systems and service delivery in future operations.
The organization concluded its message with prayers for the acceptance of pilgrims’ Hajj, sacrifices, supplications and acts of worship.
