The figures highlight the scale of visitor activity at Islam’s second-holiest mosque and the demand for services designed to facilitate worship, improve navigation and enhance visitors’ understanding of the Prophet’s life and Islamic heritage.

The authority said the figures reflected its continued efforts to provide high-quality services, enrich visitors’ experiences and facilitate prayer in a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.

The Prophet’s Mosque, located in Madinah, is one of Islam’s most significant religious sites and attracts millions of worshippers and visitors throughout the year, particularly during the Hajj and Umrah seasons.

The reported figures cover September 2026 and include visitors who accessed the mosque’s various religious, educational and support services.
