In a statement issued by the Information Unit of the commission, the management expressed appreciation to the Chairman of the Zamzam Committee, Sheikh Al-Amin Banki, for his commitment and leadership throughout the exercise.

According to the commission, Sheikh Banki played a key role in ensuring the efficient distribution of the holy water to both pilgrims and staff members of the Borno State Hajj Commission.

The commission also acknowledged the dedication of its workforce and other contributors whose efforts facilitated the seamless conduct of the exercise.

“Alhamdulillah, as of today, we have successfully concluded the distribution of Zamzam water at Sir Kashim Ibrahim College. We sincerely appreciate the Chairman of the Zamzam Committee, Sheikh Al-Amin Banki, for his dedication and efforts in ensuring the distribution to pilgrims and staff of the commission,” the statement said.

Despite the formal conclusion of the exercise, the commission urged any pilgrim who has not yet collected their allocation to visit its office to receive the remaining Zamzam water.

The management thanked Almighty Allah for the successful completion of the distribution program and prayed for abundant rewards for all individuals who contributed to the exercise.

The distribution of Zamzam water remains a significant aspect of post-Hajj activities, providing pilgrims with an opportunity to share the blessed water from the holy city of Makkah with family members and loved ones upon their return from the pilgrimage.
