The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Saudi Arabia, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has personally borne the costs of sacrificial offerings (Hadi) for all 2,500 pilgrims participating in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visitation for the 2026 Hajj season.

The initiative, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, accommodates pilgrims from 104 countries as part of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to facilitate the performance of Hajj rituals for Muslims across the world.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the royal gesture underscores the Kingdom’s continued commitment to serving Islam and Muslims, while ensuring that pilgrims are provided with the necessary support and services to perform their religious obligations in comfort and peace.

The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance and General Supervisor of the Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visitation, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh, described the King’s sponsorship of the sacrificial offerings as a reflection of the leadership’s generosity and care for Muslims hosted under the program.

He said the gesture demonstrates the continuous support provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman toward ensuring pilgrims perform Hajj in an atmosphere of comfort, tranquility and spiritual fulfillment.

Al-Sheikh also prayed for the continued protection and success of the Saudi leadership in serving Islam and Muslims, while asking God to reward them for their sustained support to pilgrims and accept the Hajj of all participants.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program is one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship initiatives aimed at hosting pilgrims, scholars and Islamic figures from across the globe to perform Hajj and Umrah under the Kingdom’s sponsorship.
