Security Forces Arrest 22 for Violations of Hajj Regulations in Makkah

Hajj Security Forces in Makkah, Saudi Arabia have arrested three Saudi citizens and 19 residents in separate operations for violating Hajj regulations.
According to an official report, the security forces apprehended the two citizens while transporting 17 Pakistani residents through remote routes, including valleys and unpaved roads.
The move was in an attempt to smuggle them into Makkah without valid Hajj permits. The suspects were arrested and legal action has been initiated against them.
In a separate development, police in the Makkah region arrested another Saudi citizen for promoting fraudulent Hajj services on social media.
Authorities accused the suspect of advertising fake entry permits into Makkah and misleading unsuspecting individuals.
Officials have now referred him to the Public Prosecution after completing the required legal procedures.
In a related development, authorities arrested a Yemeni resident for transporting a fellow Yemeni national in an attempt to illegally enter Makkah without a Hajj permit.
Authorities have reiterated the importance of complying strictly with Hajj regulations and urged the public to report any violations through emergency numbers provided across the Kingdom.
