Prophet’s Mosque Launches Smart Command, Control Center for Ramadan, Hajj

A state-of-the-art Smart Engineering Command and Control Center has been inaugurated at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, marking a major operational upgrade in the management of services at one of Islam’s holiest sites.
The new facility is designed to provide round-the-clock, real-time oversight of all mosque services through integrated data systems and interactive dashboards.
Operating 24 hours a day, the center enables centralized monitoring, rapid decision-making, and coordinated responses across multiple service areas.
Officials said the command center will play a critical role in managing both routine daily operations and high-demand periods, particularly during Ramadan and the Hajj season, when the mosque experiences a significant surge in worshippers.
