Kebbi Pilgrims Welfare Agency Engages Hajj Guides on Pilgrim Mobilisation

The Executive Chairman of the Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Faruku Aliyu Enabo, has met with Hajj Guides as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the mobilisation of intending pilgrims and encourage the timely payment of Hajj fares ahead of the next pilgrimage season.
The meeting, held in Kebbi State, brought together key stakeholders involved in pilgrim administration and grassroots mobilisation.
Discussions centered on strategies to improve coordination between the agency and Hajj Guides to ensure prospective pilgrims complete their payments within the stipulated period.
Enabo emphasized the critical role played by Hajj Guides in sensitising and guiding intending pilgrims through the registration and payment processes.
He noted that early payment remains essential for effective planning and the successful execution of Hajj operations.
According to the chairman, timely remittance of Hajj fares enables the agency to meet important administrative deadlines and make necessary arrangements for accommodation, transportation, documentation, and other logistics required for the pilgrimage.
