The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has reopened its online portal for pilgrims’ data capture for a limited period of seven days, offering a temporary reprieve to intending pilgrims affected by the earlier closure of the system.

The reopening, announced by Saudi authorities, is aimed at enabling national Hajj bodies to complete the upload of outstanding pilgrims’ data ahead of the 2026 Hajj exercise.

The portal, hosted on the Nusuk Masar platform, is a critical requirement for pilgrims’ participation in the annual pilgrimage.

Hajj stakeholders have been advised to utilize the narrow window efficiently, as the seven-day reopening is expected to be final. Saudi officials stressed that the extension is strictly time-bound and intended to address pending cases, not to initiate new registrations.

Intending pilgrims are urged to immediately liaise with their respective Hajj boards and accredited agencies to confirm their data status and ensure prompt completion of all required processes within the approved timeframe.

The development comes amid sustained engagements between the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and Hajj-participating countries seeking flexibility to conclude their data capture processes.

Saudi authorities reiterated their commitment to orderly planning and compliance with set timelines, warning that failure to complete data capture within the reopened window could result in exclusion from the 2026 Hajj operations.
